Primary care team of family physicians, nurse practitioner and nurses for all health care needs
Extended hours and home visiting, open two evenings a week, on-call emergency service on weekends and overnight, home visits for individuals who are confined to their homes

Walk-in clinic afternoons - Mon to Fri staffed by nurses and nurse practitioner in consultation with family physicians.
