Principles for Service
The Board of Directors drafted the following list of principles to guide the delivery of services within the agency.
1. Services are open to all who would like to attend. In the case where there are specific target groups, such as the women's discussion group or the youth group, services will be open to anyone within the target group.
2. Services will be available, as much as possible, in French and English.
3. Service coordinators, in particular, and participants are encouraged to become members of PINK TRIANGLE SERVICES.
4. As PTS supports the services financially, accounting to the public for the expenditure of funds is required. Services are required to report monthly to the Board on activities and concerns, if any, and to prepare an annual report for the Annual General meeting of the agency. They should report on activities, numbers of volunteers and number of volunteer hours expended.
5. Services are expected to contribute to the annual fund raising campaign on some manner.
